Can We Bring Chairs and Blankets?
Attendees are welcome to bring their own chairs, blankets, etc. No shade structures, large umbrellas or tents may be brought into the park at any time
Can We Bring Outside Food and Drink?
Outside food and beverage is permitted. No glass containers and no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the park at any time.
The evening will include gourmet artisan foods and beverages for purchase.
Can We Bring our Dogs?
No animals, except hearing /dog animals and service/dog animals or animals utilized in law enforcement, are permitted in the park, unless otherwise posted. However, there are special events that are pet-friendly throughout the season. It is best to check the Festevents Facebook Page and website for any information regarding if an event is pet-friendly.
What is the Rain Policy?
Norfolk Festevents reserves the right to postpone, cancel and/or evacuate events due to adverse weather conditions
Where Can I Park?
There are more than 19,000 metered and garage parking spaces in Downtown Norfolk within walking distance to the park or on the NET bus route.
For easy access to Town Point Park, there are 3 garages to use.
- Waterside Parking Garage: located on the corner of Waterside Drive and Atlantic Ave, the entrance is located on Atlantic Ave.
- Town Point Parking Garage: located on the corner of W Main Street and Boush Street, the entrance is located on W Main Street.
- Main Street Parking Garage: located on the corner of W Main Street and Atlantic Ave, the entrance is located on Atlantic Ave.
