Reserving Your Group!
- Email or call the Group Sales Manager to reserve your seats.
- A 10% deposit is due six weeks prior to your concert date, with full payment due two weeks prior. No deposit is required at the time of reservation if the order is placed more than six weeks in advance of your concert.
- Once the final payment is made, the tickets will be mailed directly to you or held at the Box Office for pickup.
Seating
- Groups can usually be seated together. If members of your group want to sit in different sections or pricing levels, arrangements can be made.
- Please try to contact the box office as early as possible to reserve your group seating together, popular concerts like The Music of Star Wars, sell quickly and your group may not be able to sit all together.
Discounts
- A group of 10-19 people will qualify for a 10% discount on adult tickets. Prices vary per concert. Students/children will receive the already discounted student price for the event.
- A group of 20 or more people will qualify for a 15-20% discount on adult tickets, Prices vary per concert. Students/children will receive the already discounted student price for the event.
- For groups of 20 or more, we can provide a comp for group organizer and one for bus driver.
Student Groups
- For most concerts, student tickets are $15. For special events, student tickets are 50% off adult price. These prices are not discounted further for groups.
- Groups from educational institutions attending regular subscription season concerts receive $10-15 student tickets and $20-25 chaperone tickets. Some exclusions apply.
- Groups from educational institutions attending Coffee Concerts receive tickets for $10 per person with one free chaperone ticket per every 10 students.
- Student Showcase Groups receive 25 free tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased.
Behind the Notes
Before many concerts, a mini lecture is given on stage by the conductor called “Behind the Notes” and takes place one hour before the start of the concert. You will learn about the music being performed that night and you may even meet the guest soloist and hear their story. Check ahead of time to confirm that one is scheduled for the concert that you will be attending.

Showcase Performances
Another way to be able to have your school ensemble perform and receive complimentary tickets (up to 25), is to sign up for a Showcase performance that takes place in the lobby, 30 minutes before a concert. Check out more information here
