The Virginia Symphony Orchestra gets around.
Whether it’s providing the music for a Broadway play, touring ballets or one-man shows, its violinists, cellists, percussionists and the rest of its giant ensemble are in near constant collaboration with groups representing the best of the region’s performing arts.
The orchestra also stars in a healthy dose of its own concerts each year showcasing its classical virtuosos.
