Groban’s tour featuring local orchestras and classic songs meets up with Virginia Arts Festival.
Singer and Broadway star Josh Groban will perform with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra in Norfolk this Sunday.
He kicked off his Stage, Screen, and Symphony tour on Tuesday in Cincinnati. On his tour, orchestras across the country will accompany Groban’s vocals with music from Broadway and his film-inspired album, “Cinematic.” At the Hampton Roads stop, the collaboration will perform at Chartway Arena at Old Dominion University.
“I just adore the Virginia Symphony Orchestra that I’m lucky enough to perform with, and it’s just such a beautiful part of the country,” Groban said in a phone interview.
